Can I import subscribers without reconfirming them (i.e. single optin)?

Yes.

If you're importing at most 30 contacts per day, you can do so instantly without any human review from us.

If you're importing more than 30 contacts per day, we need to do a human review to make sure the emails you're importing are good and clean. You'll need to send out an email to these contacts that you're importing (from within your Zaxaa account). For the next 2-3 days we'll review your spam complaint rate. If you're legit, you have nothing to worry about because you will pass the review.

Inside the email that you send out, you don't even need to include a link if you don't want to. The email content can just be your story or other things you want to communicate with your subscribers. Your audience do NOT need to know you're sending them an email from a different provider. All they care about is you and your content.

  

How To Import At Most 30 Contacts Per Day

If you're importing at most 30 contacts per day, go ahead and import your contacts on the Manage Contacts page, following the easy instructions:

 

How To Import More Than 30 Contacts Per Day

If you're importing more than 30 contacts per day, go ahead and import contacts as you normally would (like above), but when prompted with this:

Choose "I want to request single optin for all contacts".

You'll then be presented with this:

Click "Yes, I agree. Let me compose the message."

You then go ahead and compose your email, like this:

(Remember, you don't even need to include a link inside this email if you don't want to. The email content can just be your story or other things you want to communicate with your subscribers. After composing your message, make sure to click "Import Contacts & Send Request" button.

Once you've done that, we'll review the spam complaint rate. In a few days, we'll notify you via email whether your single optin request has been approved or declined.

 

Why are we doing this? Why don't we just allow single optin without any condition or review?

This is to protect the platform and all legit users from spammers. If you're a legit entrepreneur, you have nothing to worry about because you will pass the review. In fact, you should be glad and relieved that we're placing such a rule in place to ensure that every user (including you) enjoy the highest email deliverability.
